Founded in 2011 by two dedicated full-time police officers, Sergeant Denis Donavan and Officer James Wise, TacDyn Security (TDS) brings a wealth of expertise to the client. With decades of combined military, combat, law enforcement, and security experience, Denis and James proudly served their country in Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Their extensive backgrounds, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning, position them as distinguished experts in security. As training officers within their departments, Denis and James have developed and implemented training modules to enhance the capabilities of fellow officers, ensuring they are equipped to protect themselves and the communities they serve.

What sets Denis and James apart is their remarkable ability to effectively communicate their vast knowledge of security matters to diverse audiences. Whether addressing professional law enforcement personnel, employees of businesses and institutions, or clergy and lay leaders of houses of worship, they excel in delivering clear, compelling and comprehensive training.

At TacDyn Security, all of our trainers are active or retired law enforcement and military professionals with SWAT and special operations backgrounds. With a wealth of experience, training, and real-world knowledge, they are uniquely positioned to significantly enhance clients’ security and safety.
